History
Thaddeus B. Hodgdon has been a trial attorney since 1971, including
10 years with the United States Department of Justice in Washington,
DC. Mr. Hodgdon received a Certificate Of Appreciation from the Assistant
Attorney General for the Civil Division in 1980 for his remarkable
contributions in defense of product liability and medical malpractice
cases. Since 1981, he has been litigating personal injury cases in
North Carolina.
He defended medical malpractice cases for 12 years,
and has been involved in multimillion-dollar cases. Since 1994,
he began devoting all of his considerable experience to representing
plaintiffs in personal injury cases. At the end of 1997, he started
his own firm, Hodgdon Law Offices, P.A., dedicated to fighting
for the rights of injured persons or persons who have lost loved
ones due to the negligence of others.
In 2000, Patrick J. Schuette, began practicing
law with Thaddeus B. Hodgdon. Mr. Schuette has considerable
experience in personal injury law, having practiced for five years
with highly regarded trial attorney James M. Schuette, with over
45 years in personal injury law, in Washington, DC. Patrick has represented
paraplegic and quadriplegic clients in litigation with major automobile
manufacturers. In 1997, Patrick established the Law Office of Patrick
J. Schuette in Baltimore, MD, where he handled hotly contested automobile
wreck cases as well as criminal matters, including DWI's.
Schuette Law of North Raleigh, P. A., P. A. provides
